The villa has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a shaded veranda on the ground floor and an open veranda on the upper floor. The private outdoor swimming pool of the Villa is that makes it one of the most retreating luxury villa on the island.

Attractions: One of the best attractions is the "Armata" Festival and includes a representation of the naval battle of 1822 between the Greeks and the Turks. The custom demands that the enemy flagship be set on fire in "Dapia", the main port of Spetses, accompanied by spectacular fireworks. Music concerts, traditional dances and other events are organized during the week. Also visiting the cave of Bekiris with the unique sandy beach inside.
